Nectar from wildflowers and trees blooming in the central Shenandoah Valley of Virginia from April through mid-August. Considered "local" honey to residents within 55 miles of Staunton, Virginia.
DO NOT FEED to infants one year of age and younger.
DO NOT REFRIGERATE - Honey does not spoil.
IF YOUR HONEY CRYSTALIZES - Reheat by placing jar in pot filled with two or more inches of water. Heat on stovetop until crystallization clears. Do not overheat.
You may also place open glass jar in microwave and heat at low power until crystallization clears. Be careful not to overheat.
